  • This comprehensive coverage spans both West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

  • Please ensure that you provide a complete physical residential or commercial delivery address. The Company cannot execute shipments directed to international freight forwarding centers or temporary transit lockers.

2. Shipping Fees and Rates

  • There are no hidden handling fees, no regional surcharges for East Malaysia, and no minimum order value or purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.
  • The total amount displayed at your digital checkout represents the final cost of your goods, inclusive of all local packaging and delivery fees.

3. Shipment Processing and Delivery Timeline

  • All successfully processed Orders are structured to be delivered within a baseline of 7 business days.
  • Our standard operation hours for fulfillment are Monday through Friday, excluding national and local state public holidays in Johor, Malaysia.

6. Damages, Losses, and Courier Claims

  • If You receive an Order that has sustained severe exterior parcel damage during shipping, please preserve all packaging materials and damaged food items, and contact the respective courier company immediately to file an official property claim.
